Role Summary:
|
The Director, Digital Transformation & Innovation is responsible for defining and leading the organization's enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy to accelerate business growth, operational excellence, manufacturing competitiveness, and innovation. The role provides strategic leadership across Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Digital Project Management while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and Industry 4.0 & 5.0 initiatives. |
Roles & Responsibilities :

· Develop and lead the enterprise Digital Transformation and Innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans. · Establish the digital transformation roadmap and governance framework, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business value, operational excellence, and return on investment. · Lead the digitalization of manufacturing and corporate functions by promoting Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions. · Partner with Executive Management and Business Leaders to identify strategic digital opportunities that improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and competitiveness. · Oversee the Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve defined business outcomes and performance targets. · Drive enterprise-wide process optimization through digital technologies, automation, and standardized business processes across all functions.

· Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and industry experts to accelerate innovation and adopt global best practices. · Ensure digital initiatives comply with cybersecurity standards, information security policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance frameworks. · Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing managers and multidisciplinary digital teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development. · Manage the Digital Transformation budget, technology investments, and resource allocation to ensure effective utilization and sustainable business value. · Define and monitor Digital Transformation KPIs, digital maturity metrics, and (ROI) realization to regularly report progress and strategic outcomes to Executive Management. |
Qualifications & Exprince:
|
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. |
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field is preferred.
Skills Description

· Experience deploying business applications such as ERPs, Human Capital Management, Payrolls, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. · Experience deploying digital business solutions for different processes across the company. · Expertise in digital technologies (e.g., AI, Digital twin, RPA, IoT, cloud computing). · Strategic thinking and the ability to balance technical considerations with business goals. This includes identifying and prioritizing technology initiatives that can improve business operations and create a competitive advantage. · Must have a deep understanding of the business and its operations and the ability to balance technical considerations with business requirements and constraints. · Must be able to manage change effectively, including the ability to anticipate future business needs. This includes the ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies, and to manage the impact of technology changes on the organization operation and processes. · Results driven and self-motivated · Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a multicultural environment · Excellent leadership, communication, people management and interpersonal skills · Strong leadership and project management skills · Solid analytical and problem-solving skills · Proven track record of operational service level and efficiency improvement · Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects across functional areas · Relevant experience working with industrial operations, systems and applications
