Specialist, Technical Licensing

The Specialist, Technical Licensing is responsible for providing technical expertise in licensing activities by
supporting licensees with product related requirements, technical compliance, troubleshooting and integration
of licensed technologies into operations and Audits. The role ensures that all licensed threading, manufacturing,
and product qualification processes meet company standards as well as client and international specifications.
The position acts as a key technical interface with licensees and third-party inspectors to ensure consistent
quality performance and compliance. 

• Strong knowledge of OCTG, threading, and inspection standards. 
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco requirements and international standards (API/ISO). 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and stakeholder management. 
• Attention to detail with strong auditing capability.
