Sr. Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office is accountable for designing, establishing, and leading the enterprise PMO function for AMTPJ, covering strategic, transformation, and capital project initiatives. The role owns the PMO governance framework, standards, and portfolio-wide execution
visibility, including Stage-Gate and Front-End Loading (FEL) governance for capital projects, and acts as the single source of truth for execution status across the enterprise portfolio. Initiative owners across Corporate Strategy, Transformation & Value Creation, and functional sponsors retain accountability for the outcomes of their own initiatives; this role provides the governance discipline, tracking, and executive reporting that keep the portfolio on track. The role has direct exposure to C-level leadership and requires
strong executive presence, the ability to challenge constructively, and proven experience building or operating PMO functions in complex, cross-functional, industrial, or capital-intensive environments. 

• Deep PMO and execution governance expertise, with working familiarity with PMBOK, AACE, and
ISO 21502 frameworks.
• Capital project governance skills, including Stage-Gate and Front-End Loading (FEL) methodologies.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence; ability to challenge senior stakeholders
constructively.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency with PMO tools and reporting platforms.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
